After logging in, the start page gives you a clear overview of today’s activities and bookings. In the admin view, you can also compare results. The Cockpit also includes the Newsboard, where you can leave important information for all employees.
Occupancy plan and booking management
The occupancy plan is the central element of your work with the rental software. It gives you a clear overview of all bookings, sorted by resources and resource groups. You can choose between day, week, or month view and use “Administration” – “Groups” to define whether the entire group should be shown in the occupancy plan.
Move the mouse over a booking record to view more detailed information. With one click, you can go directly to the booking record overview, where you can edit the record, cancel it, enter payments, or print the forms. All bookings that have not been paid in full are marked with a € symbol in the occupancy plan.
Via the “Find booking record” menu item, you can open the complete list of all booking records and search it using various criteria in the search form. This allows you to quickly find the record you need. In the “Rental information” submenu, you can also find out where a specific resource is currently located. Once you have found the record you need, you can use the icons on the right side of the row to open the form preview for printing, post payments, cancel, copy, or edit the record.
