Administration and Settings
Under the Administration menu item in Bookyt, you will find the key areas for master data maintenance that support the efficient management of your rental processes. These are the main areas:
- People management: Managed information about the people involved in your rentals, such as customers, renters, and employees.
- Resource management: Management of all resources you rent out, including vehicles and rental items.
- Rate management: Creation and management of rates for different rental objects in order to define different prices and conditions.
- Station management: Management of different stations or locations for the pickup or return of your rental objects.
- Item management: Maintenance of information about the items and additional services you rent out, including item descriptions and prices.
The Settings page contains additional detailed system settings that allow you to adapt the software to your specific requirements. These settings help you optimize workflows and tailor the software to your individual needs.
