The occupancy schedule is the central calendar view for bookings and reservations in Bookyt. It helps you quickly understand utilization, time periods, and individual processes.
Keep an overview
Bookyt displays bookings visually in the occupancy schedule. A color scheme highlights important statuses and processes, so you can quickly see which periods are occupied and where action is needed.
Create and edit bookings
You can create new bookings directly in the occupancy schedule. Select the desired period, enter the tenant, and save the process. Existing entries can also be opened and edited directly from the calendar view.
Typical tasks in the occupancy schedule include:
- creating new bookings or reservations
- checking start and end times
- opening existing processes
- making changes or corrections to bookings
- monitoring occupancy and utilization
