Recording Damage

The intuitive damage management feature in the backend and in the Bookyt app enables you to quickly record and process all damage to your rental items.

The following steps are required if you want to record damage in the Bookyt app:

1. In the first step, describe the damage in the form to capture all important information:

• What damage occurred?
• When did the damage occur?

2. In the second step, click “Apply.
3. The damage is now saved in the system and is listed directly in the rental agreement.
