Creating Quotes Made Easy
With the quote module, you can easily create quotes for every rental process. Creating quotes is straightforward and efficient!
- Processes with the status Inquiry/Quote are not booked in and therefore do not block any capacity.
- Once the customer accepts, you can manually change the status to Reservation.
- You can quickly find your quotes using the process search with a suitable filter.
Enable the function under Settings → Basic Settings → Pickup and Return → Do not book in quotes.
Assign a suitable form under Settings → Communication → PDF → Rental Process Renter → Quote. Alternatively, you can customize the standard form to suit your needs.
