Create Rental Agreement

Creating a new rental agreement in Bookyt is done in several steps. The goal is to capture all contract-relevant information completely before the rental agreement is printed or signed.

Prepare Rental Agreement

1. Select the desired vehicle or rental item.
2. Enter the mileage or meter reading if required.
3. Record any existing damage with a description and, where useful, photos.
4. Check all contract details for accuracy and completeness.
5. Click Apply to save the rental agreement.
6. Open the forms and print the rental agreement.

Before handover, check that all required information, customer data, and contract-relevant details are complete.
