Deposit for Foreign IDs
To record the deposit for foreign IDs, you must activate the “Deposit” module. Please note the following requirements:
- In the settings, activate the option: “For customers and drivers, ID field is required (personen_ausweis_land_auswahlfeld)”.
- In the global settings, select the ID country from the dropdown field in the person form.
- For the customer, the country must always be specified, both for the ID and for the driver’s license.
The value for the deposit, the deposit for trips abroad, and the deposit for a foreign driver’s license can now be defined in the administration area under “Groups”.
To specify a trip abroad, please create an item with the exact name “Auslandsfahrt”. You can then select it in the transaction on a case-by-case basis.
The “Total Deposit Amount” field in the transaction will then be filled in automatically.
