Creating Long-Term Rentals

The long-term rental extension enables flexible billing across multiple installments or billing intervals. It is suitable for processes where billing should not take place only once at pickup or return.

Configuring a Long-Term Rental

1. Create a new process for the long-term rental in the booking form.
2. In the process, open the Long-Term Rental tab.
3. Define the deposit, recurring installments, and final invoice.
4. Make sure the Automation extension is enabled if interim invoices should be generated automatically.
5. Specify whether interim invoices should be sent by email.

With this extension, you can bill long-term rentals in a structured way and offer your customers payments at suitable intervals.
