Using vouchers in Bookyt
To use vouchers successfully in Bookyt, the voucher module must be activated. This module allows you to sell vouchers via the backend. The process begins by creating a new item in the administration interface and selecting the Voucher property.
Alternatively, you can generate discount codes, which are managed via the Voucher menu item. A search filter lets you search for vouchers by specific criteria, making management significantly easier.
In Bookyt, only value vouchers are available. This type of voucher has a specific monetary value that can be redeemed when booking. Vouchers can be redeemed during online booking, in the backend, and via the POS app.
The voucher code itself is alphanumeric, meaning it contains both letters and numbers. Vouchers are very popular and offer a flexible way to give services as gifts or receive discounts.
