Safely Cancel Transactions

With our user-friendly cancellation process, you can cancel transactions easily and safely. Here are the steps for different scenarios:

Cancel Transactions Free of Charge and Safely

  • No invoice number, no deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select “No fee”.
  4. The transaction is canceled without an invoice.
  • No invoice number, with deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select “No fee”.
  4. The transaction is canceled, an invoice for the amount of the deposit and an additional credit invoice for the same amount are generated.
  • With invoice number, with or without deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select “No fee”.
  4. The transaction is canceled and an additional credit invoice for the same amount is generated.

Cancel a Transaction with a Processing Fee, Including VAT

  • No invoice number, no deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Enter the processing fee.
  4. A single sales invoice for the amount is generated.
  • No invoice number, with deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Enter the processing fee.
  4. The transaction is canceled, an invoice for the amount of the deposit, a credit invoice for the same amount, and an additional fee invoice are generated.
  • With invoice number, with or without deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Enter the processing fee.
  4. The transaction is canceled, a credit invoice for the same amount, and an additional fee invoice are generated.

Cancel a Rental Transaction with a Cancellation Fee %

  • No invoice number, no deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select the cancellation fee % and enter the value.
  4. A single sales invoice for the amount is generated.
  • No invoice number, with deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select the cancellation fee % and enter the value.
  4. The transaction is canceled, an invoice for the amount of the deposit, a credit invoice for the same amount, and an additional fee invoice are generated.
  • With invoice number, with or without deposit
  1. Click the Cancel button.
  2. The cancellation overview opens.
  3. Select the cancellation fee % and enter the value.
  4. The transaction is canceled, a credit invoice for the same amount, and an additional fee invoice are generated.

Cancel an Interim Invoice / Deposit Invoice

  • To cancel an interim invoice without canceling the transaction, simply create a credit invoice by entering the amount as a negative value.
